How Many People Can PoCo Bowl Host?
PoCo Bowl can host up to 84 bowlers and up to 125 total guests, depending on the event format and setup.
Not everyone has to bowl. Non-bowlers are welcome to attend, socialize, cheer, eat, take photos, and enjoy the event atmosphere.

Facility rental rates range from $500-$800 per hour depending on the day and time. Advance booking is required.
Prices do not include taxes, food, beverages, alcohol, gratuities, extended time, or event add-ons unless confirmed in writing.

Tell us your preferred date, time, estimated guest count, and event type. PoCo Bowl will confirm availability, pricing and next steps. Once the event details have been approved, we will send your booking agreement and Square invoice. Your booking is confirmed after the signed agreement and $500 first payment have both been received. Payments must total at least 50% of the confirmed booking amount 30 days before the event. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Your Square invoice will show all payment amounts and due dates.

How many people can attend a private facility rental?

Does everyone have to bowl?
No. Non-bowlers are welcome to attend, socialize, cheer, eat, take photos, and enjoy the event.
How much does it cost to rent PoCo Bowl privately?
Facility rental rates range from $500-$800 per hour depending on the day and time. Taxes, food, beverages, alcohol, gratuities, extended time, and add-ons are quoted separately unless included in your confirmed package.
Can we bring our own food?
Outside food may be permitted for private facility rentals. Please confirm your food plans when requesting your quote.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Non-alcoholic beverage arrangements should be confirmed in advance. Outside alcohol is not permitted unless specifically approved under PoCo Bowl's licensed policies.
Can we add pizza, drinks, or glow bowling?
Yes. Pizza, soft drinks, glow bowling, glow accessories, music preferences, and other event add-ons can be included in your quote.
Can we extend our rental time?
Additional time may be available depending on the schedule. Extra time is quoted in advance and subject to availability.
Can we reduce from a full facility rental to a smaller lane booking?
Reduction requests may be considered before the final booking deadline and are subject to availability and a revised quote.
Can PoCo Bowl be rented for film shoots or productions?
Yes. PoCo Bowl is available for film and production rentals by request. Contact us with your date, timing, crew size, setup needs, and production requirements.
How do we book?
Submit a facility-rental quote request with your preferred date, time, estimated guest count and event type. PoCo Bowl will confirm availability and provide a complete quote. Once the event details have been approved, we will send your booking agreement and Square invoice. Your booking is confirmed after the signed agreement and $500 first payment have both been received. Your Square invoice will show all remaining payment amounts and due dates.
What is the payment and cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. A $500 first payment is required to confirm your booking and is applied to your total event balance. Payments must total at least 50% of the confirmed booking amount 30 days before the event. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
Cancellation requests must be provided in writing.
- More than 30 calendar days before the event: All payments made will be refunded, less any non-refundable products or services already ordered.
- 15-30 calendar days before the event: 50% of the total confirmed booking amount is non-refundable.
- 14 calendar days or fewer before the event: The full confirmed booking amount is non-refundable.
With at least 15 calendar days' written notice, payments may be transferred once to another available event date within six months instead of being refunded. The new date is subject to availability and current pricing. Date transfers requested with 14 calendar days or fewer may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and require written approval from PoCo Bowl.
If PoCo Bowl must cancel the event, the customer may choose a full refund or transfer all payments to another available date.
