Special Olympics
5-Pin Bowling at Special Olympics Canada
Bowling is one of the highest-participation sports in Special Olympics Canada, with 5-pin bowling being the most popular. Over 2,100 athletes in British Columbia alone are registered to compete. While there are some modifications for athletes with physical disabilities, most compete under the same rules and conditions as those on the professional tour.
At Poco Bowl, we are proud to host the Special Olympics Fall and Winter 5-pin bowling leagues, offering a fun and inclusive environment for athletes to hone their skills and enjoy the camaraderie of their peers. These leagues are managed through the Special Olympics Association, and all sessions take place at Poco Bowl.
Poco Bowl Spring & Summer Leagues
In addition to our partnership with the Special Olympics, Poco Bowl also offers in-house 5-pin bowling leagues during the Spring and Summer seasons. These leagues are directly managed by Poco Bowl, providing even more opportunities for bowlers to stay active and engaged year-round.
Whether you're competing through Special Olympics or joining our spring and summer leagues, Poco Bowl is the place to be for bowling fun!
